  RESERVATIONS: 

• Reservations can be made by a bankers deposit in the name of the lodging, and should be for 50% of the total cost. It will not be considered confirmed until the deposit is received. 

• The reservation will be cancelled if the party involved does not arrive before 20:00h, and has not notified the owners of a late arrival.

• In the case of cancellation the deposit will be fully returned if at least 30 days notice is given. If more than 15 days notice is given 50% of the deposit will be returned. The cost of returning the deposit will fall on the party making the reservation. The deposit will be lost if the notice given is less than 15 days.

• The arrival will be after 16:00 h. and the exit before 12:00 h.
